Very Convenient but No Withdrawals
The money being available as you are making it is great but it's a high fee amount to move those funds to your bank account compared to just doing it on Lyft Driver app.

Don’t drive for Lyft
They make it impossible to you the Lyft direct card. It almost always gets declined when you go to use it even with funds available! It's the worst!

Was 5 star now negative 5 start. I'm at work today and I get a transaction for an amount at Krogers. I follow the dispute rules and I'm told even tho I contacted and have an email saying it wasn't me from the merchant I did give the info they need. Now I'm at home doing it over with card canceled new one on the way. I'm getting multiple declined charges at rallys burger. SMH I'm not paying back the over drawn that I didn't sign up for for this reason only. Make this right

It is not at all help when it comes to finding out about a transaction and or reason for denial of a transaction when they have enough money in thier Lyft direct account.

Constantly putting holds on money for days at a time for no apparent reason. Takes almost a week for pending transactions to finally go through but money owed to them or they feel needs a hold (for whatever reason) is taken in half a second.

Don't sign up! These Are the rudest people to talk to, never have a solution just hang up on you, lie about someone calling you back to help, and your money isn't protected with an online scammer. I have been rejected from access to my own account but while my card was locked they allowed a FB scammer to steal $70 in 3 transactions but since I initiated the sale then they won't stop them no matter how many times they take without sending anything. I can prove the company is fake they don't care

It's a terrible app. I've had my card blocked for 4 months and no one can unblock it or why won't they send me another card. They are also very incompetent and racist, because no one speaks Spanish in customer service and when I tell them I don't speak English, they hang up on me.
