App is ok, card is horrible!! I would not recommend getting this card. It's more trouble than it's worth! If you use it to pay for a hotel, 15% is automatically added to the bill. So if you're paying $100 for a hotel, you need to make sure there's at least $115 available. If you need customer service for help, good luck! They recently flagged a merchant that I have been paying with this card for over a year and a half now as fraud even though it is not & their advice was to use a different card!

Transaction limit
It should be increased till 10,000 per month. And the calculation method should be changed from 1st of the month till end of the month. It's not clear from which date to which date? Not easy for driver s to calculate easily. So the drivers change their deposit method and you loose the amount.

2 be honest with you, the app is really not that easy 2 operate and 2 try to order a card. It's like pulling teeth talking about that. I still need my credit card for me. All this is been about 4 weeks to go out. Order it the giant. Have a lot of problems with those apps and communication that can be straightened up really a lot better.

They limit how many times you can withdraw from your account. And you tell them that you issues with your card and they just say that that everything is fine on their end. And you don't get the help you need and they just say so sorry but I can't do much more have a nice day try later today.

Just as bad as Lyft the company
Twice this year lyft direct has done an update that some how resets my account and drops my Lyft Rewards tier back to blue when I am platinum and have been platinum for over a year. Consequently, all the "rewards" like balance protection magically disappear for no reason. Youve been warned dear reader. Do not trust Lyft, Lyft Direct or Flexdrive with your money.

No cashless atm local
Where we are located, it says that they have cashless ATMs, but I went to several locations that did not have cashless ATMs so I had to transfer money to another account in order to pull money out which in return they charged me a fee on top of the ATM fee, so I'm not a fan of the fees with this card. It's almost better just to have a regular bank account.

Worst have I've ever seen card will not link to anything they charge you $2.99 for every transfer to get your money out. And like I said the card is almost like it's fake. It will not hook to nothing or do anything
