I like the app a lot very useful love that you can schedule rides. The only this is does not like when it cancels the rides out of nowhere sometimes, and doesn't send back the money. Great app tho 8/10 would recommend.

I mean it when I say never ever ever use this app me and my daughter came back from a cruise today and was exited to get to our hotel and relax uber was around 100 dollars so we decided to try Lyft (to save money) first off we were waiting an hour after multiple drivers took our ride and then cancelled it. We finally got a driver and got into a car about 1 hour and 30 minutes and thought all was good and was relived, no issues with the driver at all after a little while we got to “our drop off location” it was nowhere near where our place and didn't know this at the time because we were new to the area and was stuck in the middle of nowhere with my 16 year old daughter having no clue where we are and all our suitcases basically sitting on the side of the road. After that we had to call an uber after that to get to our actual drop off place and that costed additional money too because of Lyfts mess up. 2nd when I got to our hotel room I went to dispute that charge or at least report this issue and they just kept telling me that there phone number to talk to a person was cancelled and I do it thru and app now, so I went to do it thru the app and to my dismay nothing in the app got our problem and when I tried to get a refund said nothing was wrong with the ride then I finally get a chat where I had to say I lost an item just to chat with someone who could help. When I told them the issue it was clearly a robot messaging back and said they would transfer me to someone to help with my issue it has currently been 20 minutes and nobody is responding and will never get my money back. In conclusion never and I mean NEVER try Lyft take it from a single mother who had to be worried about her kid and her own safety just spend the extra money for safety and Hassles trip. Never again.

I had to wait over an hour to get a ride home all it did was cancel over and over again this app should taken down for it cancelling my ride repeatedly

They updated it to be greedy and charge a $1 cancellation fee if you cancel a wait and save even if you wait 10 mins and no driver is assigned

I was charged more than was supposed to be charged. There was absolutely no additional miles driven, the driver did not have to wait for me….there was NO REASON for Lyft to charge me the $15.66, rather than the $9.87 that was submitted. This is robbery. And there's no one I can contact to have Lyft explain!!!!!???????

I was at the airport and waited over 20 minutes and surge pricing kept doubling and wanted us to wait 30 min. Most ridiculous waits and the local taxi was more competitive. Lyft is bad!

My ride was canceled at the airport for no reason after waiting 10 min. Had to request a new ride and basically go to the back of the line and pay more in the process, not happy with that

You pay a little extra to get a car within 6 min the app gives you someone coming within 8 min without offering to refund the difference between 6 min and 20min wait price... then when that driver is only one block away, the app suddenly and without any explanation starts looking for another driver that will arrive... in 8min. And that happened to me more than once with this app. If you have time to wait up to 20min, then price is usually cheaper than Uber, otherwise I don't recommend
