I tried to reserve a ride and I did and the driver never came because they didn't have driver ready. Do not use this app fully because how the hell do you have reservation and not have driver ready.

Unfortunately this app forces me to not tip. Because if I do it charges me and holds the same amount for a week. Almost like a double charge. But if I rate my ride and don't tip there is never a pending charge!
