Worst experience ever
Never never order anything from this place. If you package got lost or wasn't delivered you won't be able to get refund or make any changes in your order. Almost 3 weeks I'm trying to get refund, but no success, different people telling me different info, wait two more days, another two days, in general you have to wait 16 days. It's a mess! How can such place like Macy's have such a poor customer support? Incredible

Very difficult
Macy's computer system closed my acct…. I couldn't complete the purchase without a long phone call. Your cust svc system is really terrible! Didn't offer an option to speak to a human without jumping thru many hoops. I'm not very happy with Macy's right now……

Macy sends me so much junk mail with coupons except every time I go to use a coupon it doesn’t work
I just bought a pair of boots and I could not use any of my coupons. I called customer service and they apologize but nothing works. It's very frustrating and a waste of my time if the coupons don't work, don't send them to me

Horrible app
I want to get rid of this app and it will not let me. I have a large dollar purchase to make but I refuse to make it on the app because, on this very bad app, I cannot see the charges, etc. On the page for paying or see where I can change my shipping address to one where I am presently. I do not have time to write the many problems I have had with this app, unlike other shopping apps, all the rest of which I have not encountered all that I have had on this one. PLEASE HELP ME DELETE THIS APP.

Coupons?!
Why do you send them to me, and they never work on what I'm buying! I TRY to read the back…. It is so small and closely spaced it is impossible to read!!
