Rude Customer Service name Laylani
Super rude Customer service! Im asking for the status of my refund because 1 item didn't arrive to me. Called the support 3x and the support was super rude. The tome is super bad she sound like a boss. And its macys fault not shipping my item and then charging my Card! Like what the heck. I just called because macy messed up and the support was super rude!. Not gonna order on macy!!!!!!!

Clothing composition percentage
Please provide the percentages of what a piece of clothing is made out of. It's frustrating shopping online and not being able to find a wool coat that is mostly (80% or more) made of wool because you won't provide that information.

Terrible App to contact CS/correct an Issue/cancel an order
I usually don't place any reviews, but I think this app needs to have some updates. To start with, it is a very slow app. Two- there is no easy way of contacting customer service, the chat option is not efficient nor reliable. Three- it takes ages to update tracking information. It doesn't notify you of any issues with the carrier. Four- you can't cancel an order that has taken forever to ship. Five- when you are shipping an order to your address it doesn't give you a confirmation page of all the information prior to placing the order, it just gives you the zip code, which is not sufficient if you just moved within the same area.

I have ordered a bed twice now , only for them to cancel my order because they say item is no longer available. Why do I go through all the trouble then? I wish they would remove items that are NOT available

Half crazy
I went into the store to exchange a gift, I had no receipt but it was purchased at that store. The clerk told me I would be receiving a gift card in the mail with $20.00 off the purchase price. Shaking my head!

this app slides down a curtain that is absolutely annoying it doesn't let you look at the merchandise the way you want to look at it because every time you try the curtain is lowered and it blocks the way you actually want to look at it.

They keep baiting me with an extra discount on my cart, but when I click the notification, it takes me to an empty inbox with no such offer to be found. Hey Macy's, this makes me less likely to buy the stuff in my cart now. Two or three times now, I've clicked that link, intending to buy the stuff I have in my cart, but this makes me feel like it's a trick.

Macy's customer service can never assist me with my online profile. Each individual sent me to another and another and another. I finally had to hang up after over 30 minutes.
