Defects
The phone received is roughly repaired, the microphone crackles, the screen has play (as if it were soft) we can see corners of the screen under the folded glass, the phone was sold as "perfect condition", I wanted to try the reconditioned for the second time and for the second time I am disappointed

Sending a device
Sending a device for resale, the buyer tells us that the product is defective (before sending we made our arrangements by filming the device that worked) The seller tells us that it probably comes from the transport. We contact Back Market customer service, the very nice gentleman sends a final reminder to the buyer so that he sends a video of the defective device within 24 hours. Since 02/24 we have not heard anything despite two reminders. We contacted again today, the person tells us that he is reminding again (the 24-hour deadline is well exceeded !!!) so he has a third chance to send us the video. The deadline for checking the conformity of the product is not respected, the deadline for sending proof that the product is defective is not respected either. If you want to sell a device, do not sell via Back Market!

All right, but!
Some specifications are unreadable on mobile, because on too small screen sun, cut and is impossible to read further. Like for example, the name of the graphics cards on computers on mobile "GeForce..." mystery and ball of gum 🤷
