Gems vs Monthly Subscription
I have a monthly subscription and I've had it for a year or so now and the fact that they added the gems feature annoys me because I'm paying monthly subscription, but I also have to use gems in order to read the stories that I'm interested in not the ones I'm already reading, but the ones are coming out that are part of the gems feature I think that's kind of messed up. I really believe they should let the yearly and monthly subscribers read all the stories and the people who do not want to subscribe use the gem feature.

I used to love this app. But since the publication of content in French stopped I can no longer appreciate this app. Thinking it was temporary I agreed to wait and continue to pay while waiting. But now it's been 5 months, no I don't agree. You could have at least stopped the payment especially for those who can only read content in French. Too bad I loved some readings and would have liked to know the end. Too bad

There are good stories but with the new gem only things it's not worth it when half the content is behind an additional pay wall. It's frustrating as 1/4 new comics are free and the rest require purchasing gems to read. If they offered something for paying members like watch an add for gems so we don't have to pay money to read it as would be better. When you already pay you shouldn't have to pay again.

I used to love this app. I paid for the subscription. Now the subscription doesnt even get you all the titles. You have to pay extra but I had already started reading them, now I can't without paying that extra. What is the point of charging for a subscription if im not getting the full package.

There are many amazing stories on here. I have paid for a subscription for years now. However, the additional paywall is ridiculous. The majority of new stories have a second paywall, so why should I even pay the first fee? It's honestly so disappointing.

I used to LOVE this app even more than webtoon, but now that they added having to buy gems on top of already having a subscription, there doesn't seem to be all that many new stories to read. It's no longer worth it.. So unfortunately once my current stories have come to an end, I'm sad to say, so will my time on this app.

It used to be good, but now it's like any other manga app. Why pay a subscription when all the good new mangas now have to be unlocked with in-app currency, which means extra purchases? I'll finish reading my few mangas now, then the app will be deleted!

I really like the stories. What I liked best was not having to pay repeatedly for webcomics. The fact that I have a membership but can't read certain stories because I have to buy diamonds. This defeats the purpose of having a membership. I'm done with the app after my year subscription is done. Unless yall intend to refund me.
