Promotional Offer Improvements
The App should be intelligent enough to apply offers from whatever device customer is logged in from. Offers work on mobile devices but don't appear to apply when using laptop.

As easy to use as the website, but it doesn't give the option to add the item to wish list when you tap on an item, only on checkout.

A very difficult website. I have tried to buy a mattress protector but it eventually comes up amongst dozens of other bedding items which one has to wade through. Then on my laptop the size of picture is too big and I was forced to give up! It would not allow me to register a new address.

I wouldn't say payment went "great." I could not pay unless my credit card was saved to the M&S website which I now have to delete to save on fraudulent activity. Thanks for extra hassle M&S.

In limbo
I have tried to place an order but can not get passed the error message. I have placed my order this morning on the phone, the very nice person said he could see no reason why I can't order on line. But I can't, I can go on other sites and order perfectly fine. I have changed my password 3times on M&S. I have no idea how to sort this out. It has to be M&S website that has the error. Most frustrating with Christmas coming, I had done the usual,switch. iPad off, and try again no different. Can someone tell me what to do.

I have many M&S gift cards & I couldn't seem to use the peel off code to include them in the order cost. Kept saying invalid. I'm disabled & thought I could use them online.
