Had difficulty. Kept saying something went wrong. The sparks offer of 20% off shirts didn't work, which is really annoying. I only bought it because 20% was showing off shirts/blouses. Very disappointing.

Straightforward and easy to place an order on the app but app doesn't pick up Internet in a lot of stores so not very useful when trying to access offers with Sparks. Why is there no option to pick up orders in store? Recently only home delivery is offered.

Payment declined
The app declined to accept payment by reward vouchers which were in date for another 5 months

Web site fine but struggled a little to find the item i wanted as the description differs from that on the pack i already have Better to be consistent

WishList system absolutely terrible - the list doesn't show if the item is in stock & the price. You have to click on each item on your wishlist to see if the item saved or colour / size is in stock or to see the price. After you click on an item from your wishlist, if you click back it doesn't take to the place you left from but back to the top of the list so you have to scroll down to where you were at previously.

The app used to be OK, but every time I launch it now it erroneously states that I'm offline. Useless.

Overall good. One complaint is that in many of your stores M&S Wi-Fi is unfit for purpose. Have even had staff moving positions to obtain reception especially if using a gift card held on device.
