Casting always freezes. Tried it on 2 different tvs. Its clearly an app issue cause i see multiple users having this issue. No clue when or what it initiates. Need to kill the app multiples times *Half an hour later...i cant even cast and watch an episode longer then 5 min... currently watching on my phone. What a joke. *Hour later...keeps on freezing

They make it so difficult to cancel. It if was a good product they would not have to trick you or make you jump through hoops to cancel

Impossible to cast for 10 min straight

Sign in through organisation fails
I am able to sign in to Masterclass on my browser using the sign in through organisation. When I try to sign in through organisation on the app it fails

No offline viewing and downloading
Super disappointing. With the solo offer (129 euros!) you cannot download lessons for offline viewing. Only available for duo or family. Unbelievable.

I was a bit dissapointed with the app after all the hype the program has. The app works poorly: it never remembers where I left off so I always need to search manually for the course I was watching; it shows completed courses in "continue watching"; the search function is not designed properly; the "only audio" function doesn't have autoplay for the next episode; they don't have written summaries you could download (some courses are the type you need to take notes of). Etc.

A pity you cannot download your videos
With the lowest subscription, which is already super expensive (120eur), you cannot download the videos. This is a real pity as I would have used it way more often. In the end, I took 2 courses in a year which had good tips but also nothing life changing. They were staying very much on the surface but I guess it depends on which course you take. Even if, in general, I believe in these 15-20min classes there is a limit to what you can learn.

I'm only giving 4 stars because they should have better instructions and say it takes up to 24 hours for a email response
