Unable to use the app for days now
Since the last app update, I've been unable to access the app. It keeps shutting down. I have deleted the app and uploaded again and it still doesn't work. What's going on MBNA???

Trying to register account got to memorable information part. I entered a word I could use but it's not allowing me to re-enter it.

It works well enough, never had any real problems. Two annoyances are: 1. It would be nice to see the balances and end dates of special rates in the app rather than having to download statement PDFs (which apart from being a pain, are only correct on the day of the statement) 2. It would nice to change the DD amount within the app rather than the website. I frequently tweak my DD amount.

Try to pay via the app and it will not redirect you to your banking app. Have to manually do it via banking app as I have it as a payee

Won’t work
I had some issues with my password so had to delete the app and then add again to my iPhone. Since reinstalling it everyone I try to log in the app just closes and won't work ???? Previously I've had no issues but now how am I meant to pay my credit card if I can't get the app to work ???

Interest free on purchases
I applied for 21 months on interest free purchases. I used once and used again after a few months and was charged interest. When I queried this I was told it was only on purchases for the first 60 days. I wasn't aware of this and it completely threw me with my finances. Beware if you are applying for this.

MBNA most fraudulent card of all No security checks whoever take hands on the card they be able to activate and use the card then expend it's all limits for months and no one would know until is too late Anyone can activate the card and use it, it's the most fraudsters of all cards
