Rubbish
New letter dated 26 11 2024 saying “Let's get you logged in” One time password. 1. Head to —— 2. Follow the instructions —- 3. Enter one time password —- This does not appear at our end! Needs a sort out, well over a week, still cannot get onto card details? Wasting our lives!!!!

Worst app ever
How was this app developed? Do you not use the app yourself? Bugs everywhere impossible to use. Can't even input certain keys in password.

Screwed me on interest
Added charges at high interest but the last amount paid. So I pay them lots of interest on a small amount while paying off interest free amount

Avoid mbna credit cards at all costs. No warnings you are out of contract and totally ripped off with fess and increased minimum monthly payments

After authenticating it just shows a white screen and you can't do anything. Sometimes it shows a white screen with some icons at the bottom. In those cases, if you press the "Home" one the app starts working. So it's not 100% useless, but close to. Google Pixel 3a with Android 12.

Unable to view recent transactions
For the past few months the app doesn't allow me to scroll and view my recent transactions, making it difficult to monitor activity on my credit card.
