Password too long
Password is too long so a bit off putting when trying to login , can't it change to a passcode with 6 -8 digits

The ap is not easy to great and the company not very useful I have not been refunded the money for an unauthorised transaction. I do not recommend

Account suddenly closed
Paid off my credit card. Logged on to check balance after some new transactions and opened the app. It says I have no products, so I am guessing the card was cancelled. Zero communication about it from the bank.

Do not use this if you only have insurance with MBNA; you will not be able to register/log in, contrary to the poor wording in various places.

Everything was ok until.... I cant view my transactions on the screen titled MBNA credit card. It should display my transactions when i swipe up from the month tabs but nothing happens. Its as if its stuck. The screen can show more transaction information and less loan advertisements!

Initial screen from log in is very busy and cluttered, and the bland lack of colour variations doesn't make it easy to read.

Online and app glitchy
Taken 30 mins of retrying to log in and make a payment via online banking and app with countless error messages. Error message told to call customer service. Called number and was a 30 minute wait??! Kept trying to make payment via the app while on the phone and it eventually went through. Huge waste of my time.
