Trying to make a payment is awful. They suddenly decide the phone you have used for 2 years to make payments isn't safe enough to use, so you need to phone or go to their website. Have had my card for more than 25 years, and I think it's time I changed. P.S. my phone is well protected and scanned regularly

Had to register online because of an issue in the app. It asks to set up memorable information but you can click on the second box to confirm the information. No way to get past this. Android user.

Not compatible with Apple Pay
They say its compatible but its false. I cant add card to apple pay Their AI doesn't understand the problem and to get a human is +30min wait. Useless.

Last update
The apps always been very good. Since last update can't see transactions. It now just shows an area at the bottom of the page. It states month for transactions or recents etc but no transactions. The odd time you can swipe up and you can see them? Nine times out of ten it won't swipe up. I find not being able to see transactions really annoying. Prior to this it's always been a great app?

Poor app
Took me 5 attempts to make payment and kept crashing. Ended up giving up and doing it online. User interface is clunky and hard to navigate

App is Useless Now
Firstly you can't review any recent or pending transactions on iPhone app, as just doesn't click forward to them. Now on iPad app when you scroll down recent transactions, screen freezes every time you want to click on a transaction !!! Please sort these issues out !!,
