Never seen an application with so many untimely disconnections, connection bugs... Even today, it is impossible to open it and connect when arriving at McDonald's. We end up giving up and not accumulating our points. For a company like McDonald's... Such a bad application leaves you speechless...

(If you have the "order canceled" notification, you just have to ignore, it's not canceled actually.) The app has improved in recent years, but the notification for click 'n collect is zero. We receive the notice when the product has already been ready for 10 minutes and it is cold. Or the other way around, we get the notice that it's ready and we wait 15 minutes at the counter!! And the notification cannot be heard. It should be possible to set it up in the app itself. Put it in large on the screen.
