Catastrophe, impossible to access the contact form, it redirects to the application which... Redirects to the internal application etc etc without ever reaching the form for a complaint, an application developed with the feet by interns again! The loyalty points disappear but too bad for us if someone else used the card identifier because obviously there is no security at this level

Very bad customer experience. Since switching to Uber Eats it's been a pain. This time the delivery man made the wrong order by switching it around. He left with it and no more news. The application is buggy and I can't share the photo of the invoice for the order received. Uber can't view the photo posted by its delivery man and I find myself with nothing to eat and 35 euros in my teeth for dessert.
