Wait of money
I've used MDLive 5 different times each time I have been very sick. The first 3 times I used them and was told I have a respiratory infection. I had no cough just severe chest congestion they prescribed cough pearls for a cough I didn't have. I didn't get better a week later I called back this doctor said I have walking pneumonia she prescribed me an antibiotic and within days I was feeling myself again. Here I am feeling the same way I did a few month back when I had walking pneumonia I got a appt and this guy tells me I have upper respiratory and tried to give me the coughing pearls again with a inhaler I already had those and they don't work so he said well then you don't need anything else have a good day by. Either these people do not care or they are highly uneducated and need to go back to school. The last thing I want to be is sick let alone have to take medication and if your going to take money from some one you should actually listen to them and treat them right. I do not recommend using them it will be a waist of your money or copay. I found one doctor that actually listened to me and spent over 30 minutes on the call giving me helpful information to help me naturally with my sickness. I can't even breath right now I know that Dr heard my shortness of breath this last visit.

Works once you can log in
Rarely saves my login info even though I constantly select “remember me”. Sometimes it just gives an error message when I'm trying to log on. Very frustrating experience. Once you can actually get into the app everything worlds pretty decently well though.

App is trash
For weeks now I've encountered the error “unsupported URL” when logging in. The only solution is to delete and reinstall. Why hasn't this been fixed?
