I downloaded the Mega application on January 28, 2025, around 22:50. I absolutely refuse to allow my audio, video, ID and personal information to reach other devices, devices, individuals and persons. If I encounter such a situation, I will file a complaint with the necessary institutions and organizations.

I've always used the app and never had any problems. But suddenly the app closed my account and I need it because there are intimate videos of me that I don't want to be canceled! I need my account to get money for my family because I'm very poor and have no money and my only income is the Mega app... and now I can't use the app anymore.

Quite useful. We have been using it for picture storage and sharing. I found a bug, android phone with sd card storage. I have lots of room on sd card. So i go to download pics on meta, asks for location, i create a new meta pics folder on sd card. Save lots of pictures there. I check sd card and oh no, my folder is created but empty. I have a look in the log and find mega created the folder and saved all the pics to the phone storage. I gave up and have the pics always downloading to phone

You can't choose a specific folder for downloads or add a shortcut to a folder shared with me, it has no advantage over using the browser.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods of the same duration at the same price as the initial period chosen. You can cancel the automatic renewal of your MEGA Pro subscription no later than 24 hours before your next subscription payment is due, via your iTunes account settings page. To manage your subscriptions, tap on the App Store icon on your device, sign in with your Apple ID at the bottom of the page (if you haven’t already done so) and then tap View ID. You’ll be taken to your account page where you can scroll down to Manage App Subscriptions. From there, you can select your MEGA Pro subscription and view your scheduled renewal date, choose a different subscription package or toggle the on-off switch to off to disable the auto-renewal of your subscription.
