Bad very very bad I haven't even received a security code for days to log in. I also got [phone] TV but I can't activate it on the TV

the app doesn't work at all. The customer hotline doesn't help, sends you to 10 other people and in the end they blame it on an update. Once again you're left looking like an idiot. Absolutely ridiculous for such a big company. Once again I'm very disappointed. Service is no longer important.

Worst app ever. At least 2-3 login attempts are necessary to even get in. Downloads don't work at all, you can't open documents or do anything else. Conclusion: rubbish!

The app is very difficult to use for severely visually impaired people like me.

App doesn't work properly. App opens but you can't read anything. No text is displayed so it's not possible to see the current data usage. Even after reinstalling, the same error still occurs. Please fix it, otherwise the app is unusable.

Topping up the credit is an absolute disaster. The redirection to PayPal hasn't worked for months. Once, money was withdrawn but not credited to me! €15 just gone. And no, the problem wasn't PayPal's. It doesn't work on the mobile website either. Exactly the same. Tip: Go to the website via the desktop view, then it works. The app and mobile website are a no-go.

Unbelievable, I have a Samsung A5 and it can't be true that if you don't open the app for a long time it no longer works and you have to delete it and download it again!
