It was a very good app at first. Unfortunately, it has gotten worse and worse. It's confusing and slow. After topping up your credit, it takes too long until the correct amount is displayed.

Good App to Track Usage, Sadly Not In English
It is a fine app, with a lot of good features like tracking usages of call minutes and data. This is something I look to. Unfortunately the app is not in English, it makes it not easy to understand many parts of the app which could be handy for user who has recently moved to Germany and is still trying to learn the language.

I have filled out a form several times to have my credit transferred to my account and nothing has happened, I still get the credit invoice sent to me

App not working
The app doesn't work for me at all, it keeps saying errors. You can't log in via the internet browser either. Absolute garbage

Great for an overview of the contract and usage. After the last updates, however, the rest only works sporadically. I suspect that links were changed, but then unfortunately the new ones were forgotten to be stored. At least in the Offers and Priority area, almost every second click leads to nothing. (Error 404 Page not found). That's really annoying in the long run.

Many pages don't work, I often get a 404 error or "bad request", data cannot be edited/changed when you click on "change xy". I am very dissatisfied with the app. Deleting, reinstalling, and clearing the cache doesn't help, the problems remain.

Unfortunately you can't log in because you get a code sent to you, and with the code sent you get an error message EVERY TIME and the vicious circle starts all over again 👍🏻👏🏻 in other words: enter your email, enter your password, go to your emails and look for the one-time password, copy and paste it, and then you can't log in because of the error 8S3ZNNO4MS because the app doesn't work. Bravo! I had the technician here today and I'm going to cancel, that's another way to scare off customers!
