Still garbage

Even after the latest update it's still not working properly. This app was good, now absolutely worthless. I expect better when this app is what our local leaders prefer us to use. I will give kudos to the support staff for answering messages with issues.

Blank screen and hangs at login after initial install

Sames issue as reported by others. Works upon initial installation , but subsequent launch attempts it is just a blue screen and hangs. Seems to have broken a few updates back. Deleting the app/data and reinstalling it works after initial data sync and issue returns. Can't use the app any more on my iPad. Still works on my phone.

i cannot find the app to pay my tithing. is it still an option? can you help me? i pay my tithing on this app every month. other than that. its great!

Doesn’t work

What's the point of forcing us to download and sync when your download and sync doesn't work. Then in turn making the app completely worthless. Let people use the app without forcing them to sync. This is ridiculous.

Meeting House locater

The meeting House locater display does not work. I used to be able to click on the meeting house found on the map and it would list the wards and branches with their sacrament meeting starting times. Now it is just a white screen. This was helpful when I go on vacation.

App will not sync

Tried uninstalling and redownloading the app, but it still won't sync. Tried using data and different wifi connections and I'm still having problems. App must have bug because I'm using an up to date iPhone on the latest version of IOS and it still won't sync. Hopefully they can fix this issue. :)

Can’t See Photos

Starting about a week ago, I can no longer see member photos for my ward or stake, despite trying everything within the settings, restarting my iPhone, and deleting and downloading the app again. In the settings, I select display photos, but it just shows a stock silhouette for the photo of everyone.

Blank Screen Login

I really appreciate the number of improvements and options that users have-the app has come a LONG way. I struggle every time to log in. Each time there is a blank screen and then I have to delete the app and reload. It's been happening for several months now. Any chance we'll ever get a way to pay tithing through the app? That would be so nice!

The Member Tools app provides members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with the ability to contact ward and stake members, access event calendars, and locate Church meetinghouses and temples. Leaders can also access additional membership information and reports.

•Messages. View messages with important updates or actions needed.
•Directory. View contact information and photos of members in your ward and stake.
•Organizations. View ward and stake callings by organization.
•Calendar. View event calendars for your ward and stake.
•Reports. Ward and stake leaders can access membership reports for members of their ward and stake.
•Manage Records. Bishops, branch presidents, and clerks can move records and record ordinances.
•Lists. Create custom lists of members in your ward and stake.
•Missionary. Access contact information for the full-time missionaries assigned to and serving from your ward or stake.
•Temples. View your assigned temple, temples nearest your current location, ordinance schedules, and temple recommend expiration reminders.
•Meetinghouses. Find meetinghouse locations and addresses, sacrament meeting times, and contact information for bishops.
•Finance. Organization presidencies can submit payment requests.
