Same problems never change
I keep hoping this will be fixed one day, but it has 2 bugs that make it pretty frustrating to use. One is that Face ID never works. Even with it activated, it still just asks me to enter my phone's passcode. That would be ok if it was just once, but every time I navigate away from the app (say to text or call a member), I have to enter my passcode again. That's a little annoying, but what makes it even worse is that it doesn't ever open the same page you left off on, but always takes you back to the top of the directory. I understand that this functionality may exist to protect sensitive information, but it makes the app such a hassle to use!

I can no longer access member tools. Every time I try to open the app it says it's not available and to try again later. Is there something wrong with the system? I have tried restarting my phone but that doesn't help.

Needed to install this app on a new phone, upgraded, and it won't let me sign in. I completed all the recovery steps. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. It worked fine on the previous phone. I am finally giving up for the time being. Darn. It is so useful.
