Good platform
So many policy changes, it feels like they are still trying to find themselves. I hope this last change stays around, I can't keep up as a seller or buyer. Also they should use DoorDash for local delivery, $15 is outrageous

Scammed and they did nothing
I got scammed by a seller and I returned the product within the days and they say I didnt, I texted them and they still stated I didnt do it within the day and I did. Macari did nothing about this and is on the sellers side. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP ITS A SCAM

Loved using this app but now it's telling me I've reached my limit without filing the tax form but I'm nowhere near it and can't get ahold of support.

Don't shop here or use this app. They let fraudulent sales go through. The worse part is they protect the seller even if the evidence is provided with multiple pictures. Plus multiple fees added for no odd reasons. Stay away from Mercari.

Not worth the price of the data to download. Full of legal loopholes that scam the sellers out of their money and allow Mercari to keep the profits instead. Do not download, uninstall immediately if you have.

In the last couple of weeks haven't been receiving push notify, lots of errors when typing msgs & sometimes app will quit. In app notifications tab not working at all. Msgs/notifications of sales, updates, questions etc more than a day late at times. Photos & info on items for sale/sold don't load at times. When trying to list items no longer receiving the prompt to save draft so if you accidentally back out you have to start all over. Logging out & reinstalling does not help.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. As soon as I listed my item, I had 7 people message me and they all had similar messages, using AWFUL grammar and broken English, and they all said due to their internet connection they could not see clear pictures of my item so they asked me to text a number so they could buy my item immediately. This app is trash, it was really glitchy and crashed several times. You're better off standing on a street corner with a sign so you can sell an item.

I love all the sellers and items--as i can find everything I am looking for. what i don't like is that suddenly, the postings stop loading midway, and no matter how much I refresh the page, it stays the same until I close the app and lose all my progress and spot. the app needs major UI updates.
