App has not been working for several weeks. The coldest days of the year I was unable to utilize the remote start. No response when I reached out from Mercedes. Super disappointed that I am paying for something I can't use.

Terrible
This app works about 30% of the time. I am so disappointed in Mercedes. I expected more!!!! I would give it no stars if possible. The customer service reps are liars and scammers.

The app has been down for over a week. I cannot even login, but in the app settings it shows 4.5 13. The message only says we will be up and running soon .... However, taking my payment works fine.

Highway robbery
It's bad enough how far behind tech in MB is, as a “luxury” brand. But specifically this app - which costs an exorbitant amount of money for the service - is complete garbage. No verification of locked status, vehicle tracking rarely works, remote start is 40/60 reliable and as of today it's been three days and running where the entire app will not start up. Will be pursuing refund, and sorry for you if you're forced into the membership like I was. If you can avoid then do so. Do better Mbrace. You're about a decade or two behind. Not a happy Paying customer.

I've had a subscription to the app for about a month & I haven't been able to get into the app for about 3 days. Not a great first impression. Other brands give it away & they work fine. (My husband has a Chevy with remote start.) MB owners have to pay through the nose & get hosed anyway.

We pay so much money to use the basic options on these cars that we shouldn't even be paying for, for this app to work half the time, WHY ARE WE HAVING TO PAY?

For the price MB could do much better…
I am a fan of MB cars in general however the MBrace app is prob one of the worst luxury car apps out there however it fills basic needs. If you have a 2018 or older you are forced to use this app which only allows you to start, stop, unlock, lock, honk the horn and flash lights basically are the highlighted features. You can't send addresses to your car, you cannot control climate, open sunroof, windows, turn on heated seats, or anything else that would make it more enjoyable. For $300.00 annually you would think you'd get a bit more interactive features. You do get road side and stuff like that so that's great but some others have more features for far less money or free…
