This is really a poor app. The latest upgrade has meant that, in the words of MB, 'multiple customers with multiple vehicles' can't access it. It displays a lack of technical competence that beggars belief, from anyone, let alone a so called to end prestigious brand.

If we could put 0... Responsiveness level: 0 No response from the audience. In short, very average customer service... Fortunately Alice was able to give me some information! European PB for most Android phones... 😞😱😫🤐🤐

Nothing is displayed on the map anymore. An update improves something but also makes something worse at the same time. This has been the case for years.

The app has become a little better than in the beginning, but then it was bad. Small annoyances constantly, and then it should be able to control charging according to the clock, at least start charging at a later time than when you plug in the cable.
