You can't see the transactions like you can on the website, and without that it's not worth much. I keep it updated just waiting for it to work properly one day. I had given it 5 stars, but as time went by without a solution, I think it's time to lower it to 3. Note that I'm not referring to the card service, which I'm reserving for myself because it's not the place to do so. It's about the app.

App needs work
Decent card but app needs work every transaction practically whether it's a purchase or a refund all just has a + sign by it! no running tally of what the Balance before you get a refund back, if you purchased something it just says plus should say minus! it makes it hard to even see if you're actually getting your credit such a simple fix they could do ridiculous jumbled hard to figure out not user friendly

I got a new phone months ago and have not been able to switch the app over to it. It has locked my account and now tells me, after having to call to have it unlocked because it will not ever send the code by text, my new phone still gives me an error. I'm logged into my old phone to make the payment using biometrics only. This has been beyond frustrating! If my old phone didn't work. I would have to call in or mail my payments in each month.

Customer service
Very poor customer service. I have been a paying customer for years. I was looking to move my payment date out 2 days. I was told no. I had to pay 100% by the date, no matter what. No exceptions will be considered. This the poorest way to thank a good customer. And you are a very unfriendly business.

While the app is user friendly, I wish there was an option to lock card instead of replacing card. Other credit card apps have that feature why not this one???

My only complaint is that when paying by debit card you can't update the billing address for that card to anything other than your billing address with mercury. This leads to payments needing to be made on the website.

Interest on paid off balance
I had a card with this company, paid my account off in full. I then got charged interest on old balance. Was told that's how they roll. Closed my account=peace of mind. Avoid them if you can financially. 1 star is generous
