The game is great, but after I bought a new phone and transferred my progress by linking my account, the progress instead of almost 140 thousand dragon power became 43 thousand? In Arcadia, almost everything was open, and the portal was level 13 and rank was 50. Is there any way to fix this?

Disappointed... The challenges have been caught no matter how much you play the coins don't go up, I have 1500 dragon power and it has stopped at less than half, I can't contact technical service to see why my progress has stopped, I should have at least 10000 more coins and they don't give it to me, The challenge is always at the same point. I like the game but without incentive I will end up getting bored! What a pity...

Seems Everytime I reopen the game my progress is rewinded at least a little bit and now I've even been robbed of a reward and went to look for the customer support contact THAT DOESNT EVEN EXIST THIS GAME IS A SCAM

I've been having trouble for maybe a month now, with the Dragonia event. I can't make trades and they don't give me the golden box. It only tells me something is cooked in dragonia. Does it only happen to me? (I have the game updated) Help please, thank you

This use to be my favorite game, until I got a new phone and cloud save failed me and reset a great deal of my 6+ year progress! Actually spent real money on this game and "support" is just an automated system that can't help me. I am pissed!

I like the game, but the event time sucks. This is a pretty time consuming game and the events should last a week or season. They end so quickly it makes it hard for people who don't spend every waking moment playing this game to conquer it.
