Very upset at lack of support
I have been playing the game for months. I spent tons of money buying the upgrades etc… phone had to be replaced. All my data for everything transferred except this game. I had tons of stuff lost everything and it wouldn't let me back in. It just started over from scratch. I tried contacting support and no help. Like a moron I've wasted so much money only to lose everything.

Zero stars
Stay away from this game. Money is power in this game. I spend about $200 a week & it's still not enough to compete. It's crazy how much resources you have to purchase to upgrade 1 character & it could take up to a year to build. The drop rate is less than 1% you'll probably have a better chance at winning the lottery. I WANT A REFUND

Not recommended
It's all about money. Too little free to play content. The packages are all overpriced. Would give 0 stars if possible. Support also only catastrophe. Send automatic texts again and again.

Update: you requested info about my phones I sent a reply and no response other than over 10 msgs asking for that info and they keep coming is this auto generated? Or are you really trying to help and if so why can't you respond back to the info I sent? I have been playing the game for months. Characters are cool, wiped my progress after I deleted it once Edit: I didn't change devices, I contacted customer support, the account is gone, I did get most of the S+ I had (missing some)
