I couldn't get my child's account working. It would only give me a creation fault after it didn't work. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it, but that didn't work either.

I think it needs more customisation, like changing ringtones, and some of the profile pictures are not up to date. The games are terrible and don't work. Take in example the robot one. Its hitboxes are all out of wack, leading me to go to the other side to even move one!! I have never finished one of these games ever.

keeps saying my password is wrong when it is in fact not wrong!! so I can't even log in to make my kid a profile.

Can't add friends anymore. it'll allow me to accept but Wong show on the friends list.

Now I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but I have absolutely NO CONTROL on observing her chats?!? Also, the parents dashboard shows a very small/limited options on how to actually monitor their accounts.
