Just horrible got them as a gift and biggest issue is none of the videos play even in my phone's gallery... Apps very slow and glitchy not happy with this product or app that goes along with them 0 stars

I miss the AI
Based in the UK. Since losing the ability to use the camera with the AI these have become a Bluetooth headset.

I really regret having bought this crap, given the price, it's clearly a scam. Run away!! The pairing disconnects systematically, etc. In a normal world I would file a complaint. Since the law is made for this kind of scam, it will cost me more to complain. Disgusting

I wanted to recover some videos that are on my glasses and my phone, and the app had been removed from iOS because it was rarely used. I reinstalled it and it asked me for my username and password, and then kept telling me that there was no internet connection. Result, I deleted the app and removed the few memories that the glasses that weigh 3kg with a battery that lasted 30 minutes had managed to record.

Can’t even log in to use Ray ban meta
I was never sent a confirmation code through my email when making an account. Now, I'm only prompted to log in, not create an account. But I can't log in because it doesn't recognize my email or social media.

When will Meta AI arrive in Europe? The app works just fine. Yesterday, Bluetooth got messed up when I got into my car. After that, it wouldn't reconnect to the glasses. I had to remove the pairing and start over to get it working again.

Constantly saying it is not connected to the glasses in the meta app.. although I can play music through Spotify and it's coupled with bluetooth according to the phone.. not fun having to restart the pairing process every other day

No longer downloads videos, cannot connect to my glasses, runs away, impossible to update because cannot find my glasses, even by placing the glasses on the phone, it does not find anything at all, do not buy these glasses, make videos with your phone or buy a camera, these glasses and the app will no longer work after a few months
