I use 3-button navigation on my Android phone; I detest gesture navigation. Since upgrading to Android 15 the 3 buttons now completely obscure in-app controls on the bottom of the screen. Unfortunately security won't let me provide you with an illustrative screen capture. The App is therefore currently unusable...

Very Poor Customer Service
We were scammed and the bank did not act in a resposible and timely manner and as a result only recovered 20% of the money stolen from us.

Previous Review - Seamless app to use. Recommended New Review - Removed a few stars because recent update has the 3 button Navigation bar obscuring the app buttons below (Home-Transfer etc) such that it is impossible to do anything on the app now. Truly crazy update!

app itself is somewhat fine, but the navigation buttons on android are now covering up the bottom buttons eg home, pay and transfer etc, I had some trouble when using the live chat and I'd have to tap an area several times to get into the chat box, that and the google keyboard that comes up covers the box meaning I can't see what I'm typing in and have to flick back to see I hope that this is fixed soon

Very annoying
I was trying to add my bank card to apple wallet the apps didint show the card number,infact it doesn't. I then get my card from luggage to add this as I wanted to use this bank for daily

Registration - Getting Started
Whether you’re an existing or new Metro Bank customer it’s simple to get started.
- If you’re registered for online and telephone banking, you’ll need your 12 digit customer number, 8 digit security number and your password
- If you’re not registered for either, you’ll need your 12 digit customer number and the details of the card you used most recently or your Magic Word.

Metro Bank’s mobile app is available for Personal customers and also Business customers if they’re using Business Internet Banking only.
