At first it was Serbia and now they say that the app doesn't work for Samsung phones. This Banco Popular app is crap. I don't recommend it.

The customer service employees recommend it so much and it doesn't work. I thought that by doing all the procedures that have to be done to be able to use the application it would be easier to make my mortgage payments and thus not have to call every month because I am not in Puerto Rico, but it turns out that I don't have the option to pay.

Dark mode icon gone after an update
Whatever happened to the dark mode icon it never came back. It was gone after an update and it's the only colorful app on my main page and it really stands out and not in a good way. Don't really want to take it out of the main page but it's really starting to truly bug me out. Would give it 5 stars after they bring back the dark mode icon.

Authentication Error
Everytime I uninstall and reinstall the app it works only once. After that, when I close the app and open it again, it always gives me an Authentication Error. What a waste of time.

It drives me crazy
I've already used like 7 passwords. It keeps blocking me. I put in the most recent password and it wants to say that it's not my most current password.

A cada rato hay un error en la app y solo puedo ver el balance. La app no necesita actualización y no es ningún problema que yo pueda resolver, ya que en 2 ocasiones he tenido que borrar la app y volver a instalarla. Sí, me deja entrar y al poco tiempo vuelve el error. Necesito poder ver mis transacciones, depósitos, etc. No solo ver el balance.
