The Worst App in Banking
The experience is terrible, it asks for a password every time, it doesn't recognize the password, it doesn't allow you to edit the user, every time it is updated it's a nightmare. Worst bank App ever!

Do not leave the check through the application, it takes a day even if it is from the same bank, do not do it, they withheld a check from me,

Worst bank site I have used
Every time I need to use the online banking service it forces me to to through the two step security process. For God sake, how many times do you need to validate me? It is frustrating. Learn from other banks or get a new IT department. I understand security is a high priority, but you are making your online banking highly undesirable.
