When I came to KPN it was never set up properly. Because I asked if someone could do that properly, I had to pay for it. It is still never right, but I don't pay. I only have AOW., nothing else I think that is WORTHLESS SERVICE. BUT QUICKLY TO ZIGGO.

Not a good word for KPN. Maybe five friendly helpful customer service employees / complaint service employees on the line. All in all 4 to 5 working days from March last year on the line. Television problem was solved after 10 months. Also received compensation for 10 months, in my opinion more than justified. Problems with mobile telephony and iPhone 14 will soon be running for 8 months, a ticket was only created for this last December. As a customer you only have obligations and no rights. KPN can literally and figuratively keep you on the line. KPN says it is the best in everything: service, customer service and coverage. I personally have not noticed anything yet. KPN conclusion for at least internet and television I will switch to a competitor. Probably if the ticket is solved for mobile telephony and I have also received compensation for this then also for mobile telephony. Disasters have only become bigger! Official complaint 3 filed. Most are incompetent, indecent employees

Really that bad. I activate a subscription. No activation link received. This telecom company is available until 6pm. Chatbot Dot is intensely stupid. No way to reach this company in the evening. And in this app you can arrange NOTHING AT ALL. Yes, a callback request via Dot. And then they can call you back a week later. That's no joke. Eventually I was able to call Customer Service. But they can't solve it either. Avoid KPN. Service is getting worse and worse.

This morning I had someone on the phone from KPN for almost an hour. Still worthless. The name is still wrong and sharing MBs after an hour is still not finished, it just doesn't work. I'm going to reverse payments to KPN for the first half year until it works. What an incredible mess
