Network management doesn't work

Since my kpn modem (12) got a software update I can't manage my network via my kpn app. In response, I get the suggestion to contact customer service. But employees there lack all the knowledge to solve this.

Crappy app update

KPN App no longer works at all after the update. My subscriptions are no longer visible. All you try "Oops, something went wrong". KPN I'm not used to this from you, fix the app as soon as possible with an update that all functions work.

Who can use the MijnKPN app?
With the MijnKPN app, you have quick access to your subscriptions for Mobile, Internet, TV, and Prepaid. The MijnKPN app doesn't work for KPN business subscriptions.
