I keep getting notifications of Significant movement detected when I'm sitting at home. Clicking the notification does nothing, and there's no information in the app about the notification. Will update review when this is resolved.

Doesn't save the drives you clarify. Can't change drivers. Sometimes it goes off when I walk across my yard... Just not good

Good app for what it does...generally recommend the app...but be advised, it is a major battery hog. And, if you try to temporarily turn off the "use location all the time" setting, per a specific circumstance such as a day-long kayaking outing (or hike) where you want to conserve every bit of phone charge you can, it sends a notification saying "something is wrong..." No, nothing is "wrong"...

Terrible Customer Service
The app is glitchy and randomly stops auto recognizing drives. I tried to manually log my drives after realizing what was going on, but was unable to do so because of some error on the app. I tried calling customer service but that number doesn't work. It just tells you to email. I tried emailing and they responded and gave me a list of troubleshooting tips. None of those worked and when I emailed the rep, they just never responded. 3 weeks go by before she responds saying she was out of the office and was sorry. She claims they are trying to find a solution. It has been 2 months now. Cancelling my subscription and do not recommend.

Great app. Efficient and easy to use. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the lack of a Dark Mode option. I do the majority of my work related paperwork at night, in between assignments. And the white screen is just too bright.

Once again this update is glitched out. I have to reload each drive several times to get the right route shown

I like yes but….
It's a good app, but l've had some troubles with duplicate travels on most of my trips. I did bring it up, they said they would take care of it but it is still doing it. The other issue is when I turn off the drive detection, it still monitors the trip! Good thing I'm prompt to classify it or I wouldn't know about it! Nothing's perfect, I still recommend it, but keep these things in mind. Great service, just small annoying details that I experienced.

Not reliable at all. Sometimes it just decides it's not detecting drives even though GPS and everything is active. And why on earth is there not an option to manually start a ride??? Was it that hard to put in? You can't rely on that app for buisness you will have messed up Info. Find a better one
