Not the best

I used this app with the subscription for a year. Sometimes I lost a few drives here and there and it wasn't very easy to fix. I like changes they made later in the year where you could easily merge drives. Sometimes I was stopped in traffic and it thought I started a new drive. Overall, the app is fine. I no longer use it. They hiked up subscription costs recently and I do not believe it's worth the cost. I found a different app that's free and is actually so much better despite being free. I was shocked. Not sure if I can name it here, but I can't really recommend this app anymore. If you don't need the subscription, then this app is fine. Update: my subscription ended in February this year. I had tracked and organized drives from January. Now that my subscription expired it uncategorized my January drives and locked them, requiring a subscription to categorize them even though I had a subscription for that month and all of those drives. Lame!!! And greedy. Taking off another star for that.

Easy to use but pricey

I just subscribed to the app paying $90 for the year. It will make it super easy for me to track my miles as I drive a lot. Last year I drove 18,000 miles. I would approximate about 14,000 of those miles or business related. This will make it easy to tally the miles. Not sure if it's worth the $90.

Works ok

MikeIQ works pretty good and it's easy to use. The app is functional and has a simple system for classifying drives. Overall, it's a good app and service, but it is expensive.

why should I use this app when you don't catch all the rides I make? so far today you've missed two rides to record for my mileage. so what makes me want to believe that it'll be better if I purchase a plan?

Too expensive

I've had this app since the beginning and I love it. It might just be the best, [name] 'll definitely find out now. $90/yr is just way too much

It keeps turning off

The app should keep running in the background until I manually turn it off. Why do I keep getting notifications that it is no longer running?

Ridiculous Price Invrease

I absolutely love the app. Super helpful tracking my mileage. As a contractor the ability to set schedules for drive times and not have to worry about starting and stopping the tracker is wonderful. However that said…the current price increase is absurd! With no new and added features or basically anything to justify it is ridiculous. I don't see additional savings coming to offset the additional costs and have a tough decision to make on how to proceed with my mileage tracking. Very likely that your price hike will cost you this customer. This alone is why the 2 start 5 star rating.
