I have been unable to play any games since I downloaded the app. Also the app was unable to update the most recent update for some reason. In fairness my game issue was escalated to the engineers, but I'm losing out on many opportunities to earn points.

4 ads per day limit?
Was barely good enough to keep on my phone due to the weird limits they put on cashing out, unlike the handful of other apps I use that don't.. but now they limit ads to 4 a day. Uh.. the ads literally pay you for us to watch, no other app I've ever used has done that. Uninstalling.

Not worth your time
It was originally good, now it's beyond impractical. When I first downloaded this app, I loved it. To get $3 PayPal or a $5 gift card it was only 5,000 miles and 7,500 would give you $5 gift card. Now it takes 10,000 miles for $3 PayPal or $5 gift card and 15,000 for $5 PayPal. Annoying, but since you could get miles from traveling and games and surveys I didn't hang up on it too much. However now getting miles is getting progressively more difficult with each update as well. I stopped using surveys ages ago because I barely qualify for them anymore and it's annoyingly time consuming. When they added the watch ad feature that helped me get miles a lot, I don't mind watching ads and even downloaded a couple of the apps recommended on occasion. 50 ads per day with 1 minute wait in between each ad felt fair. Until it wasn't, now you only get 10 ads a day, with 3 min wait in between and only 5 ads per hour to make it as difficult as possible to take advantage of that method. And THEN when I finally got used to that they added the 3 minute wait time to the ads you can add to the miles you traveled AND you can only watch 2 ads per hour. It makes it feel like there's almost no point to getting onto the app anymore. It's beyond ridiculous it feels like I'm being punished for trying to use this app like intended. I'm done with this unless it reverts some of these changes, it's just a waste of time now. Beyond frustrating

Great mileage and trivia
The app is great I love the option to do trivia and the flash mileage promos. I love the mileage and ad watching options to boost your travel claim. BUT, it has been days at all hours waiting for gift card to become available and literally within a millisecond someone claims it again! I love where we literally only have one Walmart. Not target, Ulta, Sephora, amc, cold stone, Starbucks, Best Buy, etc…. Those are all 58 miles away. I don't eat subway, so I have Amazon or Walmart as an option however there is never availability! It's after 1am and they are getting snatched up at this hour. They need to make more available for this to get a higher rating!

No longer works with Facebook login and when I did have access all of the rewards were claimed before I could claim them. Every time I tried. Limited quantities of electronic Amazon cards is beyond ridiculous considering you don't have a physical count to maintain. Digital cards are infinite but whatever. I can't get rewarded and I can't get into the app anymore either so I guess I'm done.

Scam app
Before the points become eligible for gift card exchange, you can exchange them at any time! However, when you try to exchange the points after accumulating them, it says "Acceptance is closed." It's not like they even intended to let you exchange them in the first place. It's a scam app.
