Do not fall into the trap of this rewards based miles app
Cashing out rewards is a nightmare - you have to wait for hours - the reward will show will be available anytime but even after refreshing for 30-45 minutes the rewards do not show up - waste of productive time - not end user friendly at all.

Just Another Scam App
Despite allowing GPS tracking to drain my battery dramatically, this app won't even record a drive. No matter what game I select to waste my time playing, it says it cannot reward me for the game. Just empty promises here. Try a different app, I have success with others.

Unfair Expiration Policy for Frequent Travelers
Miles requires users to keep their accounts active by redeeming or earning miles within 30 days. If you don't, your account becomes inactive, and you lose all your miles. The app is not suitable for people who travel outside the U.S. for extended periods, as it only works within the country and does not allow any activity abroad. In my case, the app didn't work because I travel outside the U.S. for more than a month at a time. As a result, I lost about 30,000 miles—more than a year's worth of earnings. I wouldn't recommend this app for frequent travellers.

Giftcards
I have been using this app for a couple of years and as I have read in other reviews when trying to redeem miles for giftcards it is almost impossible. Today I tried and instead of a lot of giftcards, that are ALWAYS "available in 12 hours", there were only 3 that still said the same thing. All they want is for you to pay for the next level where you earn more miles and redeem 2x faster. It's all a waste of time.

It doesn't open anyway
None of the pages open anyway. I tried to watch the video to earn additional miles, but I couldn't see it at all, and when I inquired, I was told that there was nothing to watch. That's not the case with other apps. Anyway, it's so bad that I don't do it gradually, and I get email notifications here and there, so if I try to delete my account, I'll wait a while and try again, and they won't let me delete it. It seems that the management is trying not to delete the number of registrants so as not to decrease.

My spouse is over 50,000 miles and I'm just under with 48,000 miles but the 50,000 miles gift card is unavailable for her but not unavailable for me. It seems they're deliberately blocking you from cashing in the miles.
