Raised the prices and removed half the gift cards
bring back the doordash gift card i was so close to getting it. and why did the prices change from 5000 to 10000 for three dollars.

Forever to Earn Points
This app used to be good but then they changed it. Now it takes forever to get points, you waste a lot of your time watching ads just to get points, and when you finally reach 10,000 points you can only cash out for a $5 gift card. I will keep it just a bit longer to see if anything changes but if not I will delete. I don't have that kind of time to waste to just get $5.

Can't communicate through emails. The app is messing up.. so many issues, the trivia is messing up now they only give you 1 mile for incorrect Answer really which is supposed to be 10 miles… There's so many problems not worth it….!!!! Also, I keep getting notices about trivia but when I went into the app all the trivia questions are answered already so…

Nearly impossible to redeem miles
I've been using it since the beginning of the service, so I can say that the current situation is the worst. For about a year after the launch of the service, I was able to benefit a lot, but lately I feel frustrated every time I open the app. When I pointed out the mistake on the part of the management, the user replied that it was wrong, and when I showed the evidence, he finally apologized. There are too many system glitches, so if you don't take measures such as taking screenshots every time you use it just in case, you can't trust the management so much that you don't know what they will say. Unless you have a lot of room in your heart, we don't recommend using it.

Rewards cannot be redeemed!
I look at the app every day, but I can't redeem the rewards at all! If you can't redeem your points even if you accumulate them, I think it's a scam!

Getting worse every update
I'M GONE NOW! DELETING!! You've gone too far. Been using this app a couple years and it was fairly decent but every update it gets harder to earn or buy anything. Even started paying The monthly fee and it was pretty good but I guess they figured out how to avoid giving us the points for that and raised the redemption amount . They entice you, at first, to get customers by offering a decent app to download, so they can get advertising then pull the rug out from under you and make it impossible to get anything. Buh-bye!!

Let me use this app for a while I was thoroughly entertained. If you want to unsubscribe I was able to log out without knowing if I was able to unsubscribe I also lost the app. I still get emails Can someone who logs out unsubscribe? I would also like to make it easier to unsubscribe.
