Please just tell us when we need to update the app!

The app works fine. It shows your studios and classes and has great new places to try. But you update it all of the time and when it needs to be updated it doesn't tell you it needs to be updated but it doesn't have your passes available or scheduled classes. It is very frustrating.

Can you sort your app out please. Always logs you out, click on classes to book and gets stuck on loading screen. Very glitchy.

Consistent errors with cancellations

A super frustrating app. Often cancels the wrong class - making you miss out because of waitlists etc.

Calendar

Developers need to correct Calendar access. I allow privacy settings to have MINDBODY app access events only but something has changed and the app wants full access to my calendar, which I'm not going to give. Therefore, I cannot add individual events to my calendar. Please fix. Thank you. :)

Terrible app

Can log in, every time I'm landing on the screen which says ‘Email verification pending' which takes me to my mailbox where new email ‘Your email is already verified' is waiting. It's impossible to use this app, I don't recommend.

Can’t sign up via app

Downloaded the app, asks for email, or sign in via socials. I put in an email, it takes me to a login page, email and password this time. I don't have an account so I click the link that says Sign up and it takes me back to the first page….

I downloaded the app to visit a yoga studio. Didn't go there and app is now useless. And there's no way to delete my account! Nothing in settings, nor under account details.. such a fail and looks really shady.

Still won’t open

This app stopped working months ago. It will not load. Numerous software updates have yet to fix the problem. Completely worthless at this point.

Can’t leave reviews

Everytime i try to leave a review on a class ive done, it says “whoops! There was an error please try later” I've had the app for over a month and it does this every single time. Otherwise a very user friendly , easy experience!
