Disgusting interface for logging in, changing passwords and everything related to working with an account!

First time using the app. I opened it and it was just blank. There were some squares on the screen trying to load, but they wouldn't. There was no tab or button for me to click to create a new board. I tried using the search feature to see if something would show, but that didn't work either. The only thing I saw is a "Something went wrong" message, with an option to send a report. I uninstalled the app and installed it again, but I was met with no improvements. This was greatly disappointing.

It is convenient that several people can work with the board at the same time. It is inconvenient that very often (with each transition between windows) the board is overloaded, you have to wait. Also, some part of the text / drawing, etc. often slides off.

I downloaded it to make mind maps and it works for that, but it's not intuitive at all when it comes to customization. The assistance is provided by a bot that uses artificial intelligence and is practically useless, I can't even find a way to set a certain font as the default font and when I ask the bot it sends me to menus that don't exist. Furthermore, there are a lot of empty spaces between some boxes because the program aligns them as it likes.

Problem with typing on keyboard
When I type in Chinese, extra words and characters keep appearing and I have to erase them every time. If I write 3 characters, then 3 extra characters and about 10 letters appear.
