Good products, good customer service but unfortunately, Xiaomi France has very limited stocks and is unable to cope with its offers. The brand's top-of-the-range Xiaomi 15 Ultra with 16 GB of memory and 1 TB of storage has been unavailable since March 9 and will certainly not be available again until the launch offer ends on March 31. Their promotions and discount coupons are therefore unusable.

Redmi Note 13 pro plus is one of worst phone I have ever used, so many problems are there in it, seems without testing they have launched this phone always there is the network issue and in what's up there is the problem with voice message and these are the recurring issues

I am a Xiaomi buyer since 2017, all the products I always bought outside the Xiaomi store and I never had problems with the products that are excellent, my last purchase was made in xiaomi store and what a disappointment it was the worst purchase I have ever made, the smartv came out defective which had never happened to me, the warranty they do not want to make it valid, the smartv does not work I have had to try to solve it on my own, the customer service by Xiaomi store is regrettable.

After the last update, you don't always receive notifications and you can't redeem mi points by viewing the product for 15 seconds

I modify my Xiaomi account with my current email, place the order and I am surprised to see that I do not receive any notification. It turns out that the account email is updated but not the email that Xiaomi has registered for the notifications; one that I no longer use and that cannot be modified unless you call customer support. The worst thing about this story is that I had to return the mobile, and both the notification of the return and the pick-up notice sent it to an email that no longer exists, .. lamentable.

I'm stuck on the loading screen when i use Gopay as the payment method, it said it'll open the Gopay app but i'm waiting so long and it still doesn't open the Gopay app. I also got a lot of emails from PT. Xiaomi Communications saying my transaction is expired, so disappointing.
