When watching a game on an Android device such as the Galaxy A30, the pillarbox is gray. Normally, turn off the pillarbox to black as you would when watching a video.

I have tried to cancel my subscription several times, but then they charged me for a subscription anyway. Very terrible customer service!

I 've been a subscriber since 2018, & experienced the same problem from the start: The feed buffers often, at times for long periods; the screen goes blurry at least 70% of the time & it freezes quite often, requiring a close & then reboot of the app. All of these issues only seem to occur during Red Sox broadcasts because other broadcasts, though replicating the same issues, are hardly doing so at all compared with Red Sox games. All related software & hardware have been recently upgraded.

too many games unavailable. Wish I would have checked into why there are so many games not broadcast this year for my team the Milwaukee Brewers here in Mount Washington, Kentucky. "not a good value"!!!!!

Was very positive but lately very poor actually very poor so poor I'm considering canceling my subscription and deleting the app I for some reason can't get any audio at all including my red sox 😢 games also can't get any scores updates i did a new password and updated the app and still the problems are there 😢 if someone can't tell me how exactly to fix the audio I'm leaving the app
