Impossible to activate

The app lets you go through all steps but stalls after bank id confirmation. App screen goes blurry and when I abort the process starts from scratch. Not possible to use. If I try finding assistance the link goes to the website with no obvious chat/help section for someone who is not a user yet.

I rarely use it when I have to, one hobby party doesn't care about other payment methods. But I don't understand why I need to put e.g. completely useless incoming payment account information into the system when I don't intend to receive anything with it. It would be enough for me to memorize my card number when I have to make some random small payment, I hate to give the card number to an extra middleman to deposit.
