The bug causing incorrect transfers is not fixed

There has been a bug in the amount input for at least half a year now, which easily causes incorrect, hundreds of times more money transfers. It has been reported to you and it would be easy to fix. Now you will start making money with large transfers, even those made by mistake. So what if you fixed that bug now? Backspace should never delete two characters entered by the user, but now it does so if one of them is a decimal separator.

It doesn't work, it keeps asking me to add a payment card again, when I add it nothing happens, my attempt to transfer money to my relative doesn't work. When this application was updated it stopped working.
