Disappointed in new hidden fee
I have been a loyal user of mobile pay for 12yrs now but I am extremely disappointed to discover that you are now charging a 10 kr fee for transactions that were previously free. This change was not communicated clearly, and it feels like a hidden cost imposed on customers without warning. Transparency is crucial in financial services, and suddenly adding fees without proper notice is unacceptable. I urge mobile pay to either revert this change or at least inform users proactively about such adjustments in the future. For now, I will be exploring alternative apps that prioritize fair pricing and customer respect.

I think it's annoying that you can't see your amount limit anymore. And I also don't think it's smart that you have to enter the number before the amount go better, like the old app

Completely unfair that there should be a fee on transfers. I will never agree with that.

After the last update on March 25, 25, it looks like payments don't go through, even though they do. I have to close the app, open it again, find the payment and then I can see the receipt/check picture. The app says an "error" for each payment.

FEE WHEN YOU ARE OVER 4000 DKK? FORGET IT. IT'S COMPLETELY INSANE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR IT.

The "new" layout/interface of the app is absolute garbage. The previous layout/interface that MobilePay had before was intuitive and worked amazingly - now, everything is placed in weird locations, information that isn't necessary to highlight is dead center on the front page and one has to go through so much more to just perform the task that was so simple before. The old MobilePay development team made an amazing app and was then taken over by Vipp - and then created this awful version
