I have been a loyal user of MobilePay, but the changes to the terms and conditions and the new fees have been a disappointment. What was previously a free service now feels less attractive, especially with a 1% fee on transfers. I am now considering switching to alternatives such as direct bank transfers or PayPal, which offer lower fees and better protection against fraud. I hope MobilePay will reconsider these changes to retain their users. And keep their promises.

Fee
Greedy to charge a 1% fee for transfers between friends and family. Hope there is an alternative to Mobilpay.. until then I'll use online banking. I don't want to pay 1% of what I transfer... that's crazy.

Ok, men
A fee is fine. BUT 1% fee for the amount over 4000kr.! It's grotesque. I'll replace payments on that amount with direct bank transfers. No thanks MobilePay. When you write that MobilePay can be abused if your phone is stolen, I don't understand why you haven't made it possible to choose a password that is more difficult than 4 digits for those who want to. And I don't understand why you block the use of VPN? What advantage does it give me to deactivate my protection?

Amount limit, NOW
The amount limit must be reintroduced and made visible to users. It is unacceptable to keep this kind of information hidden from your users. It is OUR money that we send back and forth, and we have the right to have an insight into that, as well as to be able to keep track of our spending. I was up as late as the day before yesterday and had to send money to a family member, after having deposited cash into my bank account because it was urgent. I was not allowed to do that, as I have reached an invisible limit, and I can therefore neither send nor receive a penny. When can I use Mobilepay again? Well, I have to figure that out myself, because you can't see that anywhere. Well, how much can I actually send for? God knows, because it is NOT stated anywhere. That is not right. Now I have a Mobilepay account that I cannot use indefinitely, without having any idea when I can transfer again. It is completely ridiculous.

If possibly, I'd give MINUS -100 Stars! Developer doesn't care about users safety! Old version, had possibility to choose a nick name, but now this safety method is taken away. Sense they show my full official name, we had several BURGLARY in our house which is coming from the use of mobile pay. Everybody to whom you sent, or whom you receive money can see the full official name & thiefs can easily find out your address, especially if your name is not very common. This is a HORRIBLY exposure!!!

MobilePay - Product Description
Hej!
