Whenever I give very specific instructions for getting to where I live, it's become very clear this app neglects to give the driver the instructions. If I could give zero stars I would.

The app makes it easy to schedule a trip the problems I have is my ride home shows up as the appointment with my doctor is either just starting or in the middle of it's a problem that has been very consistent with using the app Despite me clearly stating the pick up time they show up early and my ride home has left me on a couple occasions

The Modivcare app is an easy, convenient and accessible way to schedule and manage all of your Modivcare non-emergency transportation needs. No need to call a care center.

For eligible members who drive themselves to appointments, they can submit their claims for Mileage Reimbursement.

Existing Member Services Website accounts will not work logging in.
