This app is all good, it's the people behind the app, the drivers, who desperately need to improve. Quit making disabled people wait 3 hours in a dark parking lot after their appointment and everything is closed before picking them up for their return trip home.

THE WORST RIDE SERVICE EVER

On Time Transportation drivers drive and speed dangerously! They tell UHC that they've picked you up when they haven't even come within miles of your pickup address on the app. That's fraud! Too many others saying the same, plus I have cameras. The app and Mara are terrible and unreliable. Tip: Say "Agent" to Mara 3 times in a row at prompts to get a human. You would think they'd dump this app, use a better developed app, and stop throwing away money on fixing all the rides in customer service.

I scheduled a trip for today and it was deleted

App is not very user friendly sometimes. Has to be a better way to log your trips.

Wish you could cancel your own appointment without calling customer service

If you don't have excellent cell reception at hm U can forget this app. U will still have 2 fill out paperwork. I just quit trying & went 2 the paper trip logs. My cell service is fine 4 every other thing but will not work 2 let this app know that I made it hm 4 some stupid reason or other!! Really aggravating I can tell U that! Paper is more convenient 4 me & works. My doctors also prefer 2 sign the paper log!

A little confusing on putting in times and won't let you edit misspelling of drivers name.

I was just surprised there's no icon I can bring up on my phone
