the ability to get a ride from your insurance company it's a wonderful idea I don't have problems really with the app except some of the appointments I have scheduled never showed unfortunately

The design of this app could use some major work. I do feel it's very confusing how it's all laid out. They also don't tell you that you have to schedule 72 hours in advance.

Most of the options that you need are not listed.They have a bunch of stuff that people don't go there.Some people may , but a lot don't in the options to what you need to answer , what are not there

ANNOYING, I can't even register cause it keeps saying my member ID is not in the system! now make it make sense please, if my D wasn't registered I WOULDN'T BEEN GETTING TREATED GOING ON 2YRS!!! 😤😤

Constantly logs me out of the app and then when I put in my password says too many login attempts and locks my account. Mind you I've tried with new passwords.

The Modivcare app is an easy, convenient and accessible way to schedule and manage all of your Modivcare non-emergency transportation needs. No need to call a care center.

For eligible members who drive themselves to appointments, they can submit their claims for Mileage Reimbursement.

Existing Member Services Website accounts will not work logging in.
