Trying to log into this App is near impossible! I think I finally got in 3 days later after trying the last couple of days. I just give up out of frustration... definitely needs some work...

so frustrating! i think i’m being scammed
i've been trying to get my money out of my account and it doesn't let me…i've gone to my atm and it says i have no funds, but last time i checked i had money…the app doesn't even let me log in and sends me an email that my access was denied bc of suspicious activity and i try with my phone number and i never get the text code i've been trying to call to customer service but it says that there are no operators, idk what else to do please help!!!

Constant issues with signing in
Very unhappy with how often I can't sign in and access my balance!! Unacceptable!

Glitchy Absolutely Awful App
Logging in is the biggest issue with this absolute piece of garbage app. Username and password are correct yet every time I have to hit "sign in" multiple times because it times out. Sometimes it lets me in after many timed out attempts. Many other times, it simply won't let me in at all and have to use browser website. Have contacted support to no avail. Have deleted and redownloaded app multiple times. Same thing. Very poorly designed.

This app is always down
Most times I try to log on to the app it's always down. I've had to call the number on the back of the card multiple times just to get information that I can acquire from the app if it were only to actually work.

you manage money by the millions (maybe) and cant get an app right and im pretty sure you guys are stealing from consumers ao at least have the decency to keep the app free of bugs Biometrics please add it up again what are we on the year 2000 logging in to AOL

Horrible
I can never sign in. I've had to change my password multiple times. This app is absolutely horrible. Anytime I need to know my balance. I have to call the 800 number. It is the most inconvenient app I've ever used.

Worst app
This app is utterly ineffective, consistently causing disruptions and frustrating users. It lacks the ability to add or remove features, and there is no guarantee of reaching your funds. The creators of this app should be held publicly accountable for their incompetence and mismanagement of user data.
