This place is terrible, can't use your card online for anything, you tie the bank account number to paypal and they block that too. Run away from these clowns as fast as possible, they don't care about letting you use your money, they care about giving canned answers and wasting your time

WORST BANK EVER

This is the shadiest bank I've ever have the displeasure of dealing with. I've read people constantly have problems with fraud. I can't even use my card on any online store, which means there's so many chargebacks with this bank that nobody will do business with them. To prey upon those who have lost their jobs or who are disabled is a new kind of low. Don't believe me? Check out Reddit.

Horrible

Got the card and it wouldn't let me make any transactions nor make any transfers called customer service and they said “yeah I don't know why it's doing that just give it a few days”….. like what???? How do you not know why. Of you use this for your bendita payments opt out and receive checks instead or set up a direct deposit I really hope they drop this company asap

App Crashes / Never Accurate / Zero Access to Money

My company just switched over to this app. 300 employees, and 90% of us have daily issues with this app. I haven't been able to login for over 3 weeks - nothing with my passcode, app just keeps crashing. Doesn't remember credentials. Absolute waste of time. ****it was also just brought to my attention that if you READ the reviews of this app, *everyone* hates it... yet strangely, all the reviews are 5 stars. Come up with your own conclusion.

Never works

I don't know if it's the app or the system but I was only ever able to transfer funds once. Other than that, the transfer funds has never worked. It's become a real inconvenience with a newborn that I have to go in to a branch to get money.
