The app doesn't start, stays on the logo

It's one of the worst educational apps I've come across, the optimization is terrible.

Every time I try to open a Word document, the app automatically opens as if it were the default for reading

Fix your app, it can't be that I get the same notification 20 times a day and the same messages are sent twice and three times in chats. My good buddy also wants to say something: There are bad apps, there are unnecessary apps – and then there is Moodle. An application that manages to make digital learning so strenuous that you want to sit down again voluntarily with paper and pen. The loading times? A game of patience. The navigation? An Escape Room without a solution. Upload files? Gambling with a high potential for frustration. You click through a maze of menus, only to end up back at the beginning. The notifications are a very special highlight: Either you don't get them at all or you get them 20 times a day – for the same thing, of course. Conclusion: If you use Moodle, you don't need any additional sources of stress in life. This app does this reliably by itself.

The app is not working through my institutional email

Very poor implementation, very raw and buggy. Very bad interface, not user-friendly at all.

This app is as effective as using a band-aid to treat a displaced fracture of the humerus. Notifications arrive every time dad dies (since we are in the period) and when they arrive they do it too late anyway, the page updates as quickly as trains when there is a strike and (since we don't miss anything) often and willingly throws you out forcing you to log in again. I don't understand why schools insist on using this app when there are better options.

This app is pathetic. Notifications do not arrive and this is already done by the application. It's slow, badly made and buggy.
