iOS 18.1 not working
Since the update to iOS 18.1 the app does not work, it does not recognize access data but from the web it does.

App will not open then when it does open it closes

Play live stream. Pause for 10-20min. Resume. After 10min get an error message that there is a problem and streaming stops. Then, continue getting the same stupid error when trying to resume watching. During the most crucian race of the year....... What a joke.

So frustrating
App has gotten a little better over the years but for $270aud per year it is constantly freezing (“in the gravel trap”) and very clunky to use. You need to do A LOT better if I'm going to pay again. I watch races on Kayo now

Spoiled the championship race!!
I am at a loss how this app has anything higher than a 1 star rating. Used the apple tv app that no longer has a no spoiler landing page and all the videos that pop up were of the championship race results. That is unacceptable. Complete garbage customer support. Reliability of the app is terrible and you can never get a response on the weekend. Well guess what?? The races are on the weekend. Add to that they rarely reply with anything useful and you end up waiting days to watch your race. Hopefully new ownership helps as it certainly can't get any worse. The rapid increase in app rating makes me question the validity of the reviews. This is nowhere near a 4 star app.

This app is absolutely useless, it gives you information on past events. No times or what's to follow. I'm deleting it Kayo at least gives the right time for the the next event.
