Refund denied

I requested a refund literally not even an hour after I purchased from a scam app. I explained this to Apple Support twice and both times they denied my refund request. Luckily, it's not a huge deal as it was only $13.99 but I still feel scammed. I downloaded an app that stole its interface from others and claimed to have certain features. I had been using the free version and couldn't use those features I thought maybe all I needed to do was upgrade. After doing this, the features were still not there. I work in tech and I know how apps work so yes I tried everything. The app kept telling me to upgrade again and always a different price. It only had a few tiers and I had upgraded to Pro so it didn't make sense that it would keep asking me to upgrade again. Apple does nothing about this and allows users to be scammed by shady apps. This is disgusting.

Not working for Oneplus (android) to iphone 16 pro max (ios), whatsapp 30k files, hang process for last 7 files. Displaying continuously for more than hour "1 minute remaining message". Anyone knows fix for this. which kind of files having issues?
