Apps under cellular Data not sorting from IOS 18
iphone 14 pro: Apps under cellular Data not sorting from IOS 18, I complained 3 times, they had 3 updates but they did not fix yet. Very very poor service by Apple

The most disgusting customer service
have left a five star review in the past, but it was the benefit of the doubt that I gave them but today it made it very clear. What a disgusting, lying hacking, identity, thefting, privacy violating this company have. I'm gonna keep it very nice and short as my time.is very limited. I'm going to check on this review every day just to make sure it doesn't get deleted by the developer. Good thing I'm not getting my eyes off of them. I don't think they understand my language as I clearly told them the more you mess with me the more I'm gonna go at you and I just noticed they have turned off my private relay so they can blame it on other people that the pictures and the videos that been deleted from my account as private relay shows your IP address when is off so I immediately turned it on again.

At first app asks you to factory reset your phone to transfer data , after that it took over 4hours but my phone battery died from 100% to 0 ( I have brand new phone) , I tried again in about 4hours it reach 98.9 % and then app crashed. and then it asked me to reset my phone again to factory settings. After wasting about 8 hours I totally do not recommend it.. it's waste to time and totally useless..

Bad application I had to wait more than 4 hours then at the last minute it was endless moral from 1 minute 46 have passed and icing on the cake I came up with a writing to try again I did not finish anything just wasted time

I put a star only because it is not possible to do less. The app does not even start, after endless attempts (with sims from different operators etc.) and the old mobile phone almost empty. Apple's fame is decidedly undeserved.
