What’s the point?
The first time I tried to make a payment from this app it opened safari. I signed in to my account, selected “remember me” and turned on FaceID… One month later, none of that happened, and I was once again redirected to the website. No matter how many times I use the app and go to the website, every time I close the app, my login is cleared and I am forced to sign in via safari… Just use a computer

Terrible support options. When you are directed to their 888 number or 866 number, the recording system just keeps you stuck in a loop, asking you to press numbers/choices that are not applicable without connecting you to an agent. Eventually the system either hangs up on you or loops back to the main menu.

the app is fine, but Mr. Cooper's aggressive business model of purchasing mortgages and then trying to get you to borrow more for higher rates is predatory.
