When it's good it's great but when it's bad it's a huge problem that's never solved and you dont get your money back. COD is the safest to make sure you don't waste money and card is cool when you feeling crazy

Without a doubt the single worst delivery app in South Africa. Exorbitant mark ups, shambolic service, inept staff, and a fraudulent refund system. Items listed in Mr Delivery's menus are frequently out of stock with the vendors. Mr D will charge you money, the order will be cancelled, and your cash will then be locked in the app in the form of a voucher. Requesting your own cash back takes 5 to 7 days. Mr D also requests order numbers and does not follow up a thing. Use Uber Eats.

Everything about the about is good/moderate except the fact that when your items are unavailable they do not offer replacements nor do they return your money immediately. Since Uber eats does both these things and its delivery fees are cheaper I don't even understand how they are still in business.
