The absolute worst service !! My boyfriend ordered an order this morning , only to have it delivered to a wrong address. Ordered lunch this afternoon , and received a burger without a patty. Only got refunded a small amount for the inconvenience. Ordered ice cream this afternoon , and one was missing from the order. Phoned customer service again ,and they ordered a replacement one for us. Now our driver is lost and customer service is of no help. 3 mistakes in one day. 0/10 ,would not recommend.

Great service and all, BUT what the actual is up with the markup? It is shocking how much Mr D adds on top of what you would pay in store! Sies man Mr D! Don't be greedy😒

This is the worst app I've ever used. The driver gave my food to the wrong person, and when I explained to them, they said they were going to give back my money. Till today I haven't received my money or food. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

My pnp order arrived damaged yesterday morning. Detergent spilt all over food items, and the bag gave way on the bottom due to the leaking detergent. I logged a Query minutes after receiving the order and attached a picture. I'm yet to receive a response via email. I Tried your WhatsApp and the agents can't seem to understand simple English and end the chat, if i take more than 5 minutes to respond yet they make me wait over 20 minutes for a response.Can't get ahold of the call centre either.
