Bug since last update
Since 4.54.0, the notification bell and the ability to sign out has been omitted from that release - iPad Air (5th Gen) using iOS 18.3. No longer able to see the most recent transaction, until they eventually transfer onto the statement (a few days later) and unable to sign out……so you may have removed some bugs, but created another major one!

they took 2 payments as their was an error. the correct balance still isn't showing after 5 days. poor

Settings has vanished
The Setting function has vanished after the latest update and I can't see where you now log out of the app!

Needs improvement
It's ok annoying that it doesn't login straight away with Face ID. I find it hard to read to work out what's actually going to be charged that month or what's going go into next month so it would be useful if you could find a way of showing that may be colour coding the lines.

Awful awful awful app!!!
I can not manage paying my credit card easily. Why do you have to keep changing it!! All I want to do is make sure I pay my credit card off every month. I also want to keep receiving a statement in the post which doesn't seem to be happening now, why is this?

Always a pain to get into and to access the info needed. Cumbersome and badly designed. Disappointing.

Was ok but what have you done . It will not work with Nova launcher - tells me its not downloaded from the app store -IT IS -have to close nova every time I want to use bank app - was ok up to a while ago -sort it M & S

Don't like the app snooping around my phone for other apps that don't come from the official app store like Google. Have to stop the app in question temporarily as a work around. This invades the privacy of my device. Otherwise the app is good.
