Never use the app to buy tickets
I bought my tickets to go somewhere and it took my last 9 dollars without giving me my ticket.

Two years later the negative 1-star from 21 September 2022 stands. Today is November 3, 2024 and this problematic app caused me to inadvertently purchase two tickets instead of the desired single. And they charge $10⁰⁰ to process A REFUND! Incredible.

Needs upgrading badly.
So unbelievably disrespectful to list trains as running despite knowing well in advance that they wouldn't be. Had a train listed as cancelled 6 mins before scheduled due to scheduled track work. Customer service said they can't update it any sooner then just before the scheduled arrival time.

ranger games and busy times you guys need 12 car trains or extra service. trains are so packed and you can't make any money. stop people from locking themselves in the bathroom.

Why is this TrainTime asking for FULL access to my calendars?
This app is now requesting access to read users' calendars in their entirety in order to add train trips. Why not use write-only access as it did before? Why does this app need to read all the details of every event in my calendar? This raises serious privacy concerns and should be fixed as soon as possible.

Full access to calendars not appreciated
Hello, I liked the app before the recent update where it requires full access to my calendar. Prior to this, the app had no problem, adding a train to my calendar without reading my calendar details. why do Devs need access to my calendar? What's on? There is none of their business.
