Awful end of 2024
App works maybe 20% of the time. Not sure what changed but it's I credibly frustrating to not be able to access your accounts

Worst banking app
Rarely works. More often than not, you'll get a message that says mobile banking is temporarily unavailable. It also logs you out constantly, disables your FaceID log on and forces you to enter user name and password, and is often very slow. I have the apps from other banks and a bunch of apps from credit card companies too; this is the worst one by far. It's like they hired the cheapest and worst developers they could find and then accepted an unfinished product.

Extremely unreliable
I have never seen an app be so unreliable when trying to log in. 3/10 times I'll go to login just to see a “temporarily unavailable” message. I have no problems with m and T itself but this app needs some serious reworking. Notifications are also so bad they aren't worth using. They work half the time and when they do it's information that was relevant days ago. And I meaning you have to log in to see the most relevant information anyways. Which you can't do a lot of the time. I don't know why it's that hard to pull the current Available balance in a notification. These have really made me consider switching if the app doesn't get some work done soon.

Switching banks
This will be the first time in history I am compelled to switch companies strictly for the fact that their app is unreliable. I use this app a lot, especially when I'm out Christmas shopping to keep an eye on transactions. It hasn't loaded now in 24 hours, making it so I have to call the automated system or locate a branch to check the balance at the ATM each time. Neither very convenient. I will be switching to a smaller brick and mortar as of this week.

“mobile banking is unavailable”
The app has had the error “mobile banking is unavailable” for 4+ months with no end in sight. I'm this close to changing banks because they continue to close branch's AND their app doesn't work.

This is the worst bank, always a problem to login in the app, paychecks deposit by 8am in the morning, other banks shows the balance immediately your employer pays you. Always a problem with zelle.

I don't understand how the app is never available in the morning when we need it. You had all night to do any updates! You make me sick, M&T! I will be leaving once I transfer my deposit to your company.

Not sure why, but having trouble with online deposits! Times out every time saying taking longer than 5 minutes and I know it isn't! Not happy!!
