Beware of scams, I had an account before payment and as soon as I paid they blocked me from scammers, and after several emails they told me that they had reserved the choice of no longer responding to the email, to be avoided

Account simply blocked permanently and no response to multiple contact attempts
Hello Support Team, My account was simply permanently blocked without any explanation! I don't understand why this happened. I have been using the app for months and uploaded a new picture some time ago. The next day my account was suddenly permanently blocked and I could no longer use the app. After several attempts to contact support, I finally got a response that my selfie did not match the uploaded picture, which is why my account was blocked. I then wrote five times that both the selfie and the picture were mine and asked for a re-verification. I even offered to set up my profile again if there were any problems. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any more responses, which is completely incomprehensible to me. What is the point of support if it doesn't respond to requests? A problem should actually be solved, shouldn't it? More than six weeks have passed now and I still haven't received a response. I hope someone here will finally take care of my issue

Worst dating app
Worst dating app, I put my real photos they permanently blocked my account with which I subscribed supposedly because I had used someone else's photos, when it was because I had remade an account because my cell phone was lost. As a result, they don't even break their heads, they blocked me permanently, it's impossible to use the application to remake an account, money thrown in the trash. No number to call them, catastrophic assistance, just an email and an automatic reply that repeats over and over again that I used someone else's photos when it was me. Never seen before

Disappointing. The application is not the worst I have seen, far from it, but many issues were never adressed (filter issue showing people from Indonesia, same profile coming in loops...) and instead of fixing those, the have implemented a limit on match which makes people skip you if you do not respond within a few hours. They could have made changes more relevant, such as making having completed bio mandatory or removing masked pictures (which is a ridiculous things a dating app) but did not

An application that is not worth following. I paid a subscription, but I did not benefit from anything. Rather, it asked me for additional amounts, so I do not recommend it.

Its a gd app but why you guys remove our matches if we don't read their msg in less than 24h ??? Our matches should stay there at least for 3 days ..weird rules
