After watching 8 adverts the programme I wanted to watch came up with sound mixed with some background advert sound and a blank screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and had to live through 8 more rounds of adverts before the same thing happened. All other streaming apps are working perfectly.

Good app but why no subtitles on your shows since it was last updated. Before it was updated it had subtitles. I am watching on Android devices, tablet and phone.

whether you're watching on your phone or tv this app is terrible. constantly crashes or won't load, you have to go out of app then back into it to try and get it to work ( which doesn't always work) . it's too much trouble and a waste of time.

Decided to give the app a try but before I could even start watching a program I had to sit through 8 adverts, yes 8 I know they have to make money but seriously 8 adverts before a program will start, gave up & deleted the app.

The app on my lg tv for my5 will not work first time,I've got to come out and then retry which usually works

I prefer to watch on my "smart" tv. I have been unable to do this for weeks. Emailed on 07.03.26 about an error code VJS-2999, which keeps coming up. So far, no help to get it sorted.

you need to sort your app out. it plays 7 adverts then the app freezes so you have to back out and click back on it and watch 7 more adverts please fix it
