Some features are helpful. The fact that they took humans out of the chat is NOT one of the good features. It SUCKS eggs. I'm guessing it is to save money, which this company has PLENTY of.

trying to get a live person is incredibly frustrating. go through your bill with a keen eye. I was paying for something I didn't need or want for months and months. as soon as my overpriced phones are paid off, I am using another company.
