the AT&T company at first was very good, I started using it since 2011, but now I see that they raised the price too much, they are charging me triple what I paid before, now I think I will not use it anymore because it is too much, I am just a worker, not an entrepreneur

Not good service anymore
AT&T app is the worst it's pointless , you never can use their app , how can a giant wireless company have an app as terrible as it is , and service wise my internet is slow as Molasses in so many areas , where are the towers … honestly T Mobile is calling my Name . Soon it will be so long AT&T

Redirects me to direct tv when logging in. Unable to view devices, bill, usage, etc. comically hilarious how user unfriendly this app is

This app is stupid
So you have to sign in. However, they update so much that, they lose your sing in information & you have to reapply every month. Just let me pay my dam bill. Unless yall trying to collect LATE FEES. Which would be illegal.

Forced updates
I'm so tired of these forced updates making apps obsolete if you don't. I cannot update bc I refuse to update my iOS bc it changes settings and forces unnecessary changes on my phone. So along with my banking app…another one bites the dust!
