Keeps crashing and kicking me off mid purchase! I inputted my credit card 4 times before I uninstalled this. All it does is crash and burn, terrible app. The website is slightly better, but better.

Liked this app and notifications of special sales, but now I'm told I need to upgrade. When I try to upgrade the app is no longer compatible with my phone.??????

This app lost my gift card! I inputted a $50 gift card on to the app to use easily in store. Days later the app removes all of the gift card info like it never existed. I put way too much trust into the app, and I threw away the physical gift card. Hard lesson learned. Don't trust this app to save crucial information - you will be sorry, like me.

Can't get into my app for B&B. Message says I need to upgrade. I tried to update, apparently the update isn't compatible to Android. Now I have to waste time and call for help. Sometimes it's just not worth doing business with a company that is not customer friendly. So I'm locked out of my app and don't know what my rewards are.

The app won't even let me sign in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data and it just won't work. Every time I try, I just get an error message and it's not due to inputting the incorrect information. The website lets me sign in but won't load my rewards which is the whole reason I downloaded the app in the first place. So I basically never know what I have earned until I can get to a physical location and ask. I'm so fed up with this issue. Both the website and app need to be fixed!

This is App is Terrible. I was able to see my points and recieve my free gifts,, but now I can no longer use my app? A waste of time
