The app itself freezes and takes forever to load. Same thing with the website if you try to shop on the browser. I'll continue to be patient for hours at a time because Bath And Body Works does have the best candles and body care! One of their 3 wicks candles will have my entire 2,200 sq ft home smelling so fresh! Don't get me started on their handsoaps! Or body sprays! Or their body creams! B&BW definitely has the art of smelling good perfected! Too, their customer service is phenomenal!

The app is a piece of trash. I HAVE A GIFT CARD ON THIS APP, I HAVE BEEN TRY TO GET HELP ON THERE END. THEY ARE NOT HELP AT ALL. BATH AND BODY WORKS TAKE PEOPLE GIFT CARD SO THEY CAN STAY IN BUSINESSES. SINCE ALOT OF STORE ARE CLOSE I THINK THAT THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER ON GIFT CARD

I just downloaded the app and i try to sign in but it does nothing like if its frozen i uninstalled it and installed it back yet i cant sign in or creat an accout

Gift card balances: This has now happened twice! I have added a gift card to the app, and then BOOM, the balance is $0. The first time was about two years ago and was roughly over $250s in gift cards that had $0 balances two days later, but I made NO purchases. Now it's happened again. I added 2 GCs on 2/25/25, have not shoped or made any purchases, and today 2/27/25 balances are $0!!! And my rewards keep being used at out of state stores! I've changed PW several times. Over the FRAUD.
