Loading bubble non stop on the screen regardless of it loading. Doesn't open up what I want. Then consistently asks me to download the app i already have downloaded and usong. Just gonna use website. Or turbo tax. Their stuff actually works

I can't upload documents; appointments are slow to appear; it keeps redirecting me to the website. Don't use the app; just go to H&R Block or call. No one from H&R Block will ever read this; it doesn't seem like they care. Why spend money on the app when spending money lobbying the government is more worthwhile?

If I could give zero stars, I would. There is no option to change your tax professional after making a selection. This should be an option every year, not just a one time choice. Navigation can be difficult when uploading documents. When filling out forms, you cannot scroll enough to see what you're typing. The text boxes near the bottom of each page will remain beind your keyboard.
