Glitch in app, unable to upgrade my account to receive live help, left very unsatisfied and unable to get help with my tax return. Kept putting in ex spouses social security number on my account instead of my own and unable to receive help online or in person so im left stuck.

How convenient you put filing my taxes behind a paywall where you call it " tax prep" meanwhile I entered all the information myself and confirmed it was correct only be told that it's going to be $100 to file my taxes not happening
