This app has been terrible for so long I honestly can't believe it and just frustrated at this point. Have a galaxy zfold5. The UI looks great, but it's made terribly. The amount of time it takes to load into anything is abysmal. Need to go to another category? Just as bad and back to home screen. The app was redone not too long ago and was down for quite some time, and I thought finally. Nope, still a disaster. You would think a Healthcare provider would have the $ for IT, but this app is AWFUL

On Android when user wants to see test results, and they open a single report out of those multiple reports. Upon clicking Android's back button, the user is taken to the home screen instead of the actual results or list of reports screen. Currently if the doctor suggested something which isn't possible at certain lab location, and that lab suggests to send referral elsewhere, we should be able to send doc a message on their comments to get our referral sent right away to a different location.

I've been trying to upload my insurance card photos to no avail. It won't scroll down so that I can submit them, not even after activating the auto-rotate function on my phone. On a different note, I can't switch an upcoming appointment previously scheduled as self-pay to be charged to my new insurance, even if the app has already this new insurance info.

It's has dementia. Forgets you esigned in and paid and requires you to do it again. Then it asks for feedback, which the button doesn't work.

App non-functional.
As of today (2/22/25), the BSW app has been broken for at least two weeks, with the following issues observed: The Home page has an “oops, please try again later”message under Things to Do, as well as Appointments. When I talked with a receptionist, they acknowledged that there was an ongoing issue. Is there an ETA when this problem should be fixed?

The only thing that works is the home page. Test results, messages, bill pay all just sit there trying to load. I've tried restarting my phone, checking internet status and clearing the cache but nothing works.

not a great experience. When I opened the app with my username and password it accepted it at first. The site went off screen, so I tried again and this time it said that either my password is incorrct or my user name was incorrect. Howcome it was accepted the first time I tried. pretty frustrating. mot a reliable app.
