Overall the app is fine. There are no accessibility settings or dark mode settings in the app which is odd because it's a medical app at its core.

I'm not loving this system. I'm trying to leave a message with my doctor because I want to schedule an appointment but for some reason my primary care doctor isn't showing up and I can't add her to the message. I tried to schedule an appointment but none of the options match what I need the appointment for. The site is not use friendly at all.

Shuts down repeatedly
This app has so much potential but trying to get it to function is frustrating. It takes up to 5 attempts to view notes from the Doctor or send a message before it works. It is constantly shutting down while in use. I have made sure the iPhone software and app are up to date, yet the problem continues.

App is difficult to use and confusing. For example, the Messages section does not allow me to send a new message. I have to pull up the provider first.

Having trouble scheduling appt for mammogram. Can't upload photo of insurance card. Spent 30 minutes trying. Should just call. Received MyChart letter from Greensboro imaging. Read the letter. Needed to reference it again but couldn't find it anywhere. Very frustrating. I have a degree in computer programming, so it's not the user...

This app sucks. It has never ever been worth anything. Never connects, always a hard time signing in. Always asking for new pass word. I'M DONE. CLOSE MY ACCT.

I can't even find my doctor's practice on here and I know this is what he uses. I used My Chart Acumenmd (Epic) for years. When I saw there was a new interface of sorts I thought I would try it. I spent the last half-hour trying to find my practice in NJ. My password from before doesn't work. The search says there is no record of this practice. I know perfectly well there is. The old one's still up, has all my records, so you can keep your brand new one.
