Unable to delete wrong lab work
Labcorp mixed up blood samples, now I have someone else's lab work in my records, and they say it cannot be removed!

Vaccines may NOT be overdue
OSFMyChart, using EPIC software, is often mistaken about when a vaccine is overdue. For example, I received the 2024-2025 Moderna Covid vaccine at the end of August 2024. Now, in November, the software is claiming that I am overdue for my Covid vaccine. As a senior citizen in relatively good health, I am not supposed to get my next Covid shot until six months after the last one… so around the end of February. I wish EPIC would get their act together.

Not good enough
The problem I have with My Chart is when anything is sent from the doctor after viewing it disappears. I can never look at it again!

Not user friendly
There is no way for me to enter the vitamins/supplements that I take so the Dr can see them. There is no way for me to put in a surgical procedure not performed by the Penn Med Dr so that my Dr can see it(dental). No way to send a message to customer service asking about these issues, only a phone number.

Notifications
Expect to receive a lot of bogus notifications. Don't panic when you get “new test results” or “new balance” or my favorite “your appointment”. It probably isn't because someone has used your insurance to receive services, at least in my case it's just a glitch in the system and no one knows why or really even cares.

Schedule a appointment
This app doesn't allow me to schedule or leave a message for my doctor. Its frustrating because no one answers the phone at all. I stay on hold for 15 minutes or longer!

Appointments
I've made many appointment but have yet to get a response or even get the appointment. This is ridiculous.

Excellent, but with some omissions
With multiple providers, it would be helpful if the was a single, unified section for medications. As it is, there's no consistency between organizations unless the patient forces the issue.

Server busy
Not enough bandwidth to support this app! The amount of money they are charging doctors to use this app is criminal!
