I like using my chart by epic except there is no feature to show a graph of test with past results so you can't see the trends of what you are looking at. My previous "my chart" had this feature and made quick work of what direction your health was going in...kind of a reason these test are done in the first place..

This app provides excellent and timely information, sometimes. Often have problems accessing messages and blood results. If they could fix the access problems I'd give it 5 stars.

it's great for all my medical needs. the login is tricky. it logs me out and I have to call to get help every time. it's so frustrating. if they can get this app to not log me out it would be 5 stars

Frustrating. No notice was given that a new app was needed. Discovered which app was needed by trial and error. my device does not save my password from this app. More window dressing.

AWFUL from patient perspective! Looks like much "CYA legalese" but not patient centered at all as claimed. Too much scattered and repetitive info. Phone contact is not a "visit" so was confused why recorded as a follow up to visit. Can not get system to verify my phone number. Same phone for more than 40 years. Tried several times to get system to accept- still no text messages. See no place to send a text message to provider. If there, lost in verbiage. Perfect ex-not enough space for pt!

I was loving this app until it started sending me suggestions (spam) for Google play games. I'm capable of finding my own games to play and I don't need my medical chart to be doing this. A low rating is the first step to me deleting this app.
