I pay extra monthly to use this app for its located vehicle feature and the diagnostics feature. I used to love it, but now I can't ever sign in. It's so upsetting, I feel like I'm wasting my time and throwing my money in the trash each month cuz it is unable to load my information. I've tried clearing cache, even data. (There goes my informationI wanted to view!) Uninstalled app the reinstalled. I'm so mad!

I'm currently having horrible experience with this app. I have been trying to log in and I called OnStar for assistance. They were unable to connect me to the app. I was transferred to 4 different people. The last one just hung up on me after telling me that he has tried everything. Yet, we have to pay for this app. I'm so disappointed in this app. I will not give it a star at all

When I resubscribe to OnStar the my Chevrolet app will not connect. It continues telling me to talk to an OnStar advisor to connect but I've already done that and on the phone they told me it was connected. This has been months and still not working. What is the use of this app if I can't get vehicle status? It seems like a very important thing to know the health of your vehicle but this is useless if it will not connect to OnStar again. It worked fine before I unsubscribed.

I just recently subscribed to a 3 month essential plan, and tried logging into my Chevrolet app and have had nothing but problems trying to log in. Even the service tech couldn't even get it done. What's the use in even having this if you can't use it. I've had this in past with my Android phone and didn't have any issues with it, now it seems useless!
