The application is very bad, unintuitive and gives a lot of access errors. Today, especially, it is impossible to generate the bill.

once you click on the app to open, it stays loading. doesn't actually open up. I'm up to date on the app and nothing helps to have the app load properly.

The app has been out of service for several days, I need to change payment card and I can't. I called the center and they told me that they would make the exchange there, more than five days and nothing was done. The app is still out.

I moved over from Fordpass. this app is buggy, vehicle cant update, very slow. ford is miles ahead that their app has quick response times, can be used with phone as a key. i cant even have my vehicle update my app with the charge status even though im standing right next to the vehicle. overall, im very disappointed in moving over to chevy due to the limited functionalities of this app and the delays with each command and update.

The app is a little slow, hence the 4 stars. I was able to find a workaround for the PIN number. You have to long press the app and select unlock or something, then it will let you create a PIN and actually gives you a "Next" button. Hopefully this helps others with the same issue.

always fails to send start command to vehicle the first time. Works the second time. OnStar said it is a known problem with this app.

This app worked great until it didn't. The newest update has left the app completely worthless. I can no longer start my car, unlock or lock. Those options are just no longer there. I don't need an app to tell me how much oil life I have, which is the only thing the app does now.
