Why do I have to verify my identity every week and sometimes multiple times per week? I only use one device to use remote options!! Please fix this!

Useless app!!! Never works, you would think with all the complaints GM would fix the problem, but clearly not!! Always a maintenance issue, app not responding, take your pick why it won't work. First GM vehicle and definitely my last. So frustrating!!

This app is terrible and so is Onstar customer service. App won't connect to a 6 month old vehicle once it's powered down. Tried working with Onstar as I'm told the problem is on their end after a visit to the dealership. My case elevated to level 3 four times and ALL closed without explanation or even a phone call. If you are planning to remote start in this freezing weather forget it. An Onstar advisor tried to make light of the situation by saying at least your key fob works. Not funny

I have never been able to schedule a service through this app. I bet I tried a dozen times today and all I get the the blue circle. Very frustrating!
